Danceography is a performance art festival that showcases iconic Spirit of David dance moments captured by Modamo.com. This dance-photography exhibition includes a gallery of dance works as staged and performed by Spirit of David over the last three to four years include;

• Performance art such as Interactive Dance Painting by visitors to the festival;

• Photo session with Real-live SOD Dance Mannequins

Beginning from 2pm and running until 7pm at the Bespoke Centre, Lekki- Lagos, Danceography will present these unique art works to photography enthusiasts, modern arts lovers and fans of Spirit of David who have looked forward to purchasing captured moments from some of the most unforgettable performances/ministrations the 17-year old gospel dance club has stage


Booking tickets for Danceography early also comes with the option of participating in a tour that begins every thirty minutes from 2pm, further allowing guests to appreciate the works on d isplay and the journey of Spirit of David and photography over the years.

As a 1st October event, it carries an additional expectation. Spirit of David stages its most “relevant” shows on this date by addressing the nation and the theme of independence through unique, anointed and professional pieces that speak of Freedom and Liberty in this world and beyond.


Spirit of David Gospel Dance Club, popularly known as SOD, is a non-denominational gospel dance group whose major focus is to use uniquely tailored dance performances to convey the message of hope to the our generation. But SOD is not just about dance. It is about daring to be different. About taking a stand and being counted wherever you are and whatever you are doing.

With a membership strength of over 1000 people from all walks of life, including professionals and non-professionals, graduates and undergraduates, men and women from diverse ethnicities, SOD aims to redefine dance.

Over the last 17 years of existence, the members have witnessed many miracles and unbelievable favour to ever question the purpose of God upon the club. God took has blessed and changed so many young lives through SOD, challenging and touching lives all over the globe.

Spirit of David has glared at the face of our generation and boldly taken a different path as we dared to be different.
