The Arrowz band is a family gospel band where everyone sings and also a multi instrumentalist, based in Abuja. The parents are graduates of music from various esteemed international institutions and have been doing music for decades now.
The song ‘Overcomer’ was written by the first child – Monjolajesu Olugbeminiyi, who is the band leader, a dancer, a singer, a songwriter, thespian and guitarist of the band.
Overcomer came out of 1 John 5:4 which says “… and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith…” The message is that of unity and the love for God in every family, the body of Christ and the society at large.
