A ghastly motor accident which occurred yesterday along Kwale/Asaba Express way in Delta State claimed the lives of a Bishop’s son and three others.
Reports said the Bishop’s son, Mark Mororeh died along side three others on their way to Asaba for a church camp meeting when their vehicle, an 18-seater bus with registration number AA 127 XX crashed into pot holes and summersaulted, leaving the four persons dead on the spot.
Eye witness, Joseph Oboh said the reason for the accident was as a result of high speed, adding that the 18-seater bus crashed into the bush after falling into pot holes, fortunately other occupants in the bus survived with no injuries sustained.
Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) officials who visited the scene but spoke to our correspondent on anonymity said the driver of the 18-seater bus fell into deep pot holes and summersaulted before crashing into the bush where the four passengers died on the spot, adding that the Bishop’s son was hit by an iron on his chest and his head where he bled to death before recuse came his way.
