Yesterday, when I returned from the mechanic workshop, my younger brother told me he went for an emergency head count at NYSC secretariat.
Being a Saturday, Brides across the nation abandoned the ongoing wedding for the head count at NYSC secretariat, as some corp members were seen in their wedding dress at the venue for clearance.
This is definitely new and different from the usual. I wonder why the bride would abandon the wedding for clearance.
