Residents of Satellite town would not forget September 20, 2013 in a hurry. It was the day The Voice Of Praise Choir of the Apostolic Church Nigeria, Satellite Town lived up to expectation by giving the area its groove in a righteous way.
The choir went all out with the fifth edition of EXOUSIA tagged, ‘Extreme Praise’. To be fair, the organisers had warned that they were going to shut down Satellite Town and they were true to their word.
Not just the sonorous voice of the choir was captivating, the drummers, instrumentalists showed they know their onions. Simply put, it was a righteous melodious night, always to be remembered by those that were present.
The event brought together worshippers from different denominations who gathered to sing praises to God. On the list of artistes who performed were Voice Of praise Choir, De Marvellous, Patience Hymns, Victor Ayara, Isaac, Pst. (Mrs.) Debby Ajayi, Treasure Box and many others.
EXOUSIA 5 was powered by TAC Youth Satellite Town District & Brotherart Productions. When it comes to youths and music, the fun is immeasurable, include the religious angle and you can imagine how power-packed the ministration was. For a Christian event, the turnout was impressive. With its successes, the church knows it has much more to live up to next year.
