This song was spontaneously recorded; not written on any paper/device. The little oreoluwa of “Calm Down” inspired her and the band members; nailed it with a beautiful sound.

I have really learnt to calm down on situations, I have no immediate solution. Why do you want to kill yourself on a situation you cannot change? Why trouble your soul when men despise you? Why curse yourself when God has not left you? You know now, you don’t know Later. So, calm down!
