NEW RELEASE

[DOWNLOAD] 'Hello Father' & 'Daachi' – Nicanor

Nicanor releases two new singles HELLO FATHER and DAACHI.
It’s hard to tell if Nicanor is experminenting with musical genres or he’s extremely good at this. You would go with the later.

We were introduced to his music when he did an unusual country song, A PATH OF YOUR TRUTH, and while we were trying to recover from the sweet shock of why a Nigerian would attempt such a rare genre, he hit us with a Dancehall melody, NO ME WITHOUT YOU. About a year later, he dropped the very popular pop tune which he shot a video for – YOU TOO MUCH.

One cannot have enough of this young man, he has returned with two new singles of totally distinct musical styles – Hiphop and Rap is what you get in HELLO FATHER and proper Naija gyration music is what DAACHI offers. Both songs are out of this world.

HELLO FATHER is a love letter, an acknowledgement letter, letter of gratitude, a prodigal son’s letter, a true son’s heartfelt letter to God. We see Nicanor pouring out his heart through singing and rap as he shares with the Father his deepest reflections.

DAACHI stamps Nicanor as a true son of the soil, a correct Igbo boy. The song is rendered entirely in Igbo language and whether you understand Igbo or not, this one would get you up your feet dancing as you permanently put the song on repeat all day. God is praised and the hearts of man is raised. Enjoy!

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.
