The song is presented in a unique genre described as “Waka” [an indigenous genre of music that originates from South/ West Nigeria in West Africa and has spanned for several decades.]
“Moni Jesu” is a Yoruba eulogy of God, with special emphasis of His overwhelming power a d his absolute sovereignty as the Almighty.
