
The October edition of the Nigerian official gospel music Top 10 Chart organized by the International Association of Christian Media Practitioners (IACMP) has fixed the new release single by veteran Sammie Okposo as the number one song for the month.
The single which features sensations Mercy Chinwo and Henrisoul; a mix of Afro Gospel and contemporary praise.
Following the single at the number 2 spot is September’s top of the chart song by Moses Bliss – “Bigger Everyday”, featuring various artists. Samsong’s “Jesus” featuring Mercy Chinwo seats comfortably at the number three (3) spot; moving three (3) steps upward while Limoblaze’s “Okay” featuring Ada Ehi moves down two (2) steps from September to seat at the number four (4) spot for the month of October.

The IACMP Nigerian official gospel music Top 10 Chart uses popular votes from about 54 gospel music blogs & online radio stations, all over Nigeria. Online music statistics such as charts from Gospel music blogs all over Nigeria are also put into consideration. Views, downloads, streams, external Gospel music charts and the decision of two (2) panels (a 4-man and a 6-man panel) are criteria used to determine the songs that make the monthly chart.
The chart is the most credible Gospel music chart in Nigeria.
