Deborlah Adebola Akinyemi, renowned by her stage name Deborlah, returns with a resplendent new single titled “You Are Good.” This song stands as a testament to the remarkable workings of God’s power in her life.
In her words, “You Are Good” stems from a revelation inspired by Psalm 40:2-3, a testimony of God’s deliverance in my life. What appeared impossible and incurable to humanity, Jesus miraculously transformed, rewriting my narrative. This song echoes the divine goodness that rescues mankind from the quagmire of sin and elevates them to a position of sonship, seated with Christ far above all dominion and authority. It births a new melody, the anthem of the redeemed,” she passionately declares.
Deborlah, an embodiment of a gospel singer, songwriter, and spiritual teacher, released her debut single in 2021 titled “Olu-Orun” (Lord of the Heavens), followed by “I am Whole” and “JESUS” in 2022.
Beyond her musical pursuits, Deborlah is a dedicated Physiotherapist. Her joyous matrimony to a companion of 23 years has been blessed with four children. She is based in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria.
