The Experience, an interdenominational Gospel concert organized by the House on the Rock Church, came alive recently at the Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos with the theme, ‘Heaven on earth’.
Hosted by Pastor Paul Adefarasin, the event featured some of the best-known musical talents of our time. With an attendance of over 250,000 people, it could be described as the largest musical concert ever held in recent time.
Talented stars that dazzled the audience at the concert include Sammie Okposo, Freke Umoh, Frank Edwards, Eben, Donnie McClurklin, Glowreeyah Braimah, Tye Tribbett, Yolanda Adams, Don Moen and Midnight Crew, among others.
Adefarasin described The Experience as an opportunity for Nigerians, irrespective of tribe, class, denomination and creed, to come together and worship, as well as to enjoy 11 hours of quality live music.
