Dr. Elvis; who is a specialist eye care practitioner, a philanthropist, a grass-root politician actively committed to community development and youth empowerment, was a former Deputy Chief of State of Edo-State Nigeria; won the USA-Global 2021 Gospel Music Award.
Dr. Elvis was a lead vocalist of an all-male gospel band; Gospel Flames in the late 80s. Gospel Flame ministered in several gospel outreaches and crusades with several great men of God and pioneered Jubilee Praise Music Crusade; yearly gospel music soul-winning outreach in Sapele, Nigeria.
