Some popular pastors on Monday, while calling on Nigerians to observe “A day of national humility, reflection, fasting and prayers on May 29” by One on One Call Movement at the Nustreams Events Centre, Iyaganku, Ibadan, revealed that there will be a new Nigeria by 2015.
The clergy men which comprised the convener Francis Madojemu, Apostle Sunday Popoola, Pastor Austin Ologbese, Mrs Toyin Marinho, among others made this known at a press conference.
They said the new Nigeria which would be an envy of the world and pride to all her citizens, would come to pass through the prayers of the ministers of God.
Madojemu explained that the day of national humility reflection, fasting and prayers is slated for May 29, the Democracy Day, and would henceforth be held annually.
According to him, the crucial time for the effective prayers is between the hour of 12:00am-12:00pm, in order to ensure a general participation in the spiritual exercise.
“It is high time Nigerians take responsibility from few misguided people to put the country back on its rightful track” he said.
