At least 15 bodies have been recovered from the scene of the collapse building near the Synagogue Church of All Nations, SCOAN, Ikotun in Lagos.
The incident and development have been confirmed by the Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Emergency Management Authority, Friday Adeboayo ,who said that rescue operations are on to evacuate injured persons.
The building is said to be guest house for foreign visitors.
