Fada Sheyin is out with a new single, his first for the year 2024 titled “O Mary” featuring Tessy Sings.
As the Catholic Church honours the blessed Mary in a long-standing tradition called the May Devotion and on the great feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Fada Sheyin, who himself, is a Catholic Priest, emphasises the importance of the role of Mary in the lives of Catholics and all.
He stresses the significance of Mary’s Intercessory role as our Mother of Help by providing a suitable devotional hymn that enhances divine and liturgical worship thereby depending on her maternal instinct to always intercede, pray for and help all.
The song uses a solemn instrumentation that is laced with tropical percussions without eliminating the sobriety of the mood and tone of the song.
This is Fada Sheyin’s first release for the year 2024. His last release was “New Hope” which was a song of reassurance for the nation talking about a New Nigeria. Other songs include “Come Holy Spirit,” “Psalm 23” and more
