Evang. Toyosi Akinya (a.k.a ibukun ni fun mi) was born on the 17th July, 1976  in Oriade Local Govt of Osun State.

She bagged her Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics Education from Lagos State University in 2005 with second class upper division.

She started her music career as a chorister member in Victory Chapel International ilesa under the Leadership of Bishop and Rev. (Mrs) Mike Bamidele.

Toyosi Akinya has four (4) albums to her credit with “Oba iye” (Almighty God) which was released this year her latest ministerial work.

Toyosi has travelled far and wide and her work has gone to other continents of the world, she has as well received several awards and two honorary doctorate degree in Music and Theology all by the grace of God.

She’s married to CSP Jide Akinya and the marriage is blessed with wonderful children.

She has the grace of God upon her life to minister comfort to the comfortless, hope to the hopeless and this reflects in her music which she does with passion in both churches and at functions with testimonies.
