In Jenney’s word, “The song He Reigns talks about the Sovereignty of God. He is the Lord whose reign is absolute truth. His reign is not limited. He reigns from generation to generation, from age to age, no King nor President can overthrow Him. He is to be trusted because His holiness is in no way compromised.
